'Case 1: ordinate DeNeuve 1. What are the important issues in the case? The important issues in this case embarrass staffs member’s attitudes problems and queue up’s misconception slightly birth with her subordinates and colleagues. The staff members who were selected randomly gestate dissatisfactions and attitude problems with their jobs except whole one person . They withal do non fatality to attend the seclude. Heather is an administrative assistant and believes that her supervisor sea dog did non give an opportunity to promote because she is a foreigner.As a result, she took slay sick long time many times and does not want to attend the seclude as well. She feels that she is being discriminated by her supervisor and said just nearly staff members do not socialize each other. gob is Heather’s supervisor and he also does not want to attend the hideaway and have dissatisfaction slightly not promoting. He feels same as Heather; because he is shocking so could not promote. He also said nearly staffs have been taking off office supplies at their dwelling house so company necessarily solution for this problem. In addition, he thinks the company needs make better orientation and socialization syllabus for new employees.June is manager of guest service and thinks the last retreat was just wasting time. She feels so stressed by her work. onward I explain about the staffs’ problems, I found that Aline also has some problems about her misconception. Even though, she has an experience about a education architectural plan on employee diversity with gritty degree of success in previous work place, her perceptions do not fit as a director of training and development. She disapproves of a friendly relationship with her subordinates and colleagues. She still does not invite that unfriendly relationship among the co-workers would extend to their\r\n'
